  • All orders require 3–5 business days to be prepared before shipping.

  • Each item is inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🌍 Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International

  • Delivery takes 15–30 business days, depending on your region and customs processing

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can also check updates anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Updates

  • Requests must be sent to vegohealthy@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Use the subject line:

    • “CANCEL MY ORDER” for cancellations

    • “ADDRESS CHANGE” for updates

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery two times.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may return to us. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
